3 to 5 years
Classes will help little ones feel relaxed in the water and meet milestones in the sport of swimming. Skills range from floating, kicking, breathing techniques, freestyle, and backstroke.
6 to 11 years
These classes focus on developing the skill set needed for swimming. Techniques learned include freestyle, side breathing, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
12 to 17 years
This is a beginner group lesson for teens. Lessons will range anywhere from learning the basics of blowing bubbles and ﬂoating, to mastering all 4 strokes. Classes are 30 minutes long, and have a maximum of 4 teens per instructor.
18 years and older
Adult Lessons will include three separate levels of instruction: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each class will run 30 minutes in length, and include a 4:1 instructor to student ratio. As well, all classes include water safety components. We’re committed to helping you both achieve your personal goals and a healthy lifestyle.
