Isabelle DeGraff joined SwimMAC in October 2025 as the Swim School Assistant Manager at the Latin (South) site. In her role, she works closely with the Swim School Manager to ensure a seamless experience for more than 600 swimmers each week. Isabelle helps lead daily operations while supporting instructors, swimmers, and families, with a focus on teaching foundational skills that build confidence and promote lifelong success in the water.
Isabelle brings a strong coaching background across multiple levels of the sport. She has served as a head and assistant coach with the Brandon Oaks Sharks, as well as holding leadership roles with Capitol Sea Devils, where she coached age group swimmers and managed program operations. She holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from George Mason University.
Guided by a philosophy of holistic compassion, Isabelle believes all swimmer’s strengths and challenges are opportunities for growth! Her goal is to expand SwimMAC’s reach in the South Charlotte community while creating an environment where every swimmer feels supported, capable, and inspired!
