The Nonprofit Development Manager will lead SwimMAC’s fundraising and brand development initiatives. This includes donor relations, campaign creation, alumni engagement, corporate and community partnership management, and communications. The role reports to the Executive Director and works closely with staff, the Board Development Committee, and parent-volunteers.
