Advanced Adult Lessons

This level of instruction includes further development of the skill set needed for freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. The student will also be introduced to the butterfly stroke, flip turns, and proficiency in swimming laps. This level is an excellent starting point for those interested in Master’s/competitive swimming, triathlons, lifeguarding, snorkeling, and scuba.
