On this page you can find information on how join part of SwimMAC's Competitive Team and Junior Swim League (JSL). If you need more information about swim lessons or other programming, please use the menu at the top of the page.
For the competetive team and JSL, it is important to note that going through the placement process does not guarantee a spot for your child on the competitive team or JSL, it is placement to find help find the best fit at SwimMAC for your child.
Please note we have two different placement proccess for our two different regions, North and South. Please review the information for the region where you would like to swim out of.
North Region Tryout and Important Information

Sign Up for a placement
After you complete the online signup process, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the date of your child’s tryout. Tryouts are held on Saturday mornings at
Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatics Center at 9:45am.

Masters Registration
Masters registration is an open, rolling registration. Join at any time. Please click here to go to the
registration page.
Important note: All SwimMAC masters swimmers must be a member of the United States Masters Swimming Association. If you are not a member, please be sure to
join before comming to your first practice.
