Saturday Stroke Club

SwimMAC’s Stroke Club is a great way to improve technique and aerobic conditioning.  Whether a swimmer is preparing for the upcoming swim season, working on improved fitness, or simply wants to improve his/her stroke, this program is a great way to keep swimming throughout the year!

Through repetitive swim sets, stretching, strengthening core muscles, technique drills and constructive feedback, our aim is to guide each participant to be the best swimmer they can possibly be.

Ability and Requirements
Must be able to swim 50 yards of freestyle and backstroke
Have some knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly
Swimmers between the ages of 10 -15

SwimMAC Training Center*
9850 Providence Rd., Charlotte, NC 28277
(within the Charlotte Latin School campus)

 
*Due to weekend swim meets, there may be sessions held at Providence High School, 1800 Pineville-Matthews Road, Charlotte, NC, 28270.

Session Dates and Time:
Fall 2016: September 10 - October 29
Classes are held Saturdays from 12:45 pm- 2:00 pm
 
Spring 2017: February 11 - April 1
Classes are held Saturdays from 1:00pm - 2:15pm
**practices are subject to change locations to accomodate swim meets at Latin
 
Cost: 
$145.00 per swimmer
Additional annual (non-refundable) administration fee of $25 is due at the time of registration.
