SwimMAC Saturday Stroke Club 2009-2010

SwimMAC's Saturday Stroke Club offers a chance to improve swimming technique and add new swimming skills while participating in other activities. This program is a great option for swimmer's preparing for Middle and High School Swim Teams. Swimmers age 10-15 are welcome.

Saturday Stroke Club offers the following:
  • Quality Instruction for all four competitive strokes
  • Individual Attention
  • Improve Technique
  • Improve Conditioning
  • Dryland Workout
*No evalustion is required for Saturday Stroke Club; however swimmers must be able to complete 25 yard freestyle, 25 backstroke, and knowledge of breastroke kick to be eligible for the class

Sessions:
February 6th - March 20th
April 17th - May 20th

Practice Times: Saturdays 12:30-2:00 pm

Cost: $90.00
*Annual (non-refundable) administration fee of $25 at the time of registration
