First Annual Membership Meeting scheduled for this coming Monday January 25, 2010

On behalf of the entire SwimMAC Board, thank you for the overwhelming  response to our  First Annual Membership Meeting scheduled for this coming Monday January 25, 2010 at Covenant Presbyterian Church.

There have been over 80 questions submitted and we look forward to addressing them by topic.  A few key points to keep in mind:

  • The meeting will start promptly at 6:30pm in order to have ample time to address the questions
  • Children are welcome and our Team Elite Athletes will be keeping them entertained until the meeting is adjourned
  • Below you will find some directions to assist you locating the Church and parking lot

Directions from North

I 77 South to I 277
Take I 277/ 16 S Exit
Take  Exit 1 E for Stonewall St. toward Kenilworth Ave
Take Right onto E. Stonewall St.
Go to Light - Take Right onto McDowell Street
Go to Light - Take Left onto E Morehead Street
Take Right onto Arosa Ave
Parking Lot is on Right
Meeting is in Fellowship Hall ( When looking at Church - Its building on left)
Please go to front entrance.

Directions from Latin Pool

Take Providence Road  to Queens Road ( Straight at intersection of Queens Rd & Providence Road)
Continue Straight onto East Morehead Street ( Intersection of Queens Rd, S King Dr and Morehead Street)
Take left onto Arosa Ave
Parking is on Right
Meeting is in Fellowship Hall ( When looking at Church - Its building on left)

Please keep in mind that the agenda and topics have been arranged based on the questions you have submitted.  Although we will not be taking general questions from the floor, all of the Board Members and Key Staff, including Division Coaches, will be on hand after the meeting is adjourned to address any individual questions you may have or want to discuss one on one.
