OverviewDesigned for ages 3 to 5 years, classes will help little ones feel relaxed in the water and meet milestones in the sport of swimming. Skills range from floating, kicking, breathing techniques, freestyle, and backstroke.
Red-P3Swimmers should feel comfortable with their face in the water and being in the water without flotation devices.
Orange-P4Swimmers should be able to float on their front and back for at least 10 seconds and also kick 5–10 yards on stomach independently.
Yellow-P5Swimmers should be able to show 5–10 yards of kicking with successful breathing and be able to kick comfortably on their back.
