Returning to the Capital Classic

This weekend many of our 11-12, 13-14 and high school athletes will be heading to Cary to participate in the New Wave Capital Classic at the Triangle Aquatic Center.  The Capital Class is a long standing NC meet with a great history.  The TAC facility is a wonderful complex and gives the athletes a nice environment to compete.  There are a number of very fast out of town and college teams at this meet which is sure to raise the expectations and need to go fast in the preliminaries.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 13 & Over Prelim Session
Warm-up: 6:45 AM
Meet Starts: 8:00 AM

Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 13 & Over Finals
Warm-up: 5:00PM
Meet Starts: 6:00PM

Friday, Saturday 11-12/ 10 & Under Session- Timed Finals
Warm-up: 1:00 PM
Meet Starts: 2:00 PM

Sunday, 11-12/ 10 & Under Session- Timed Finals
Warm-up: 1:30PM
Meet Starts: 2:30PM

Be sure to get there no later than 6:15am for preliminaries in order to ensure a good team spot.
