OverviewClasses range in type from competitive team programs with experienced coaches to staying fit through continued practice to triathlete training. Work out, cross-train, or push yourself to a personal mark.
Adult LessonsThis is a beginner group lesson for adults 18 and over. Lessons will range from learning the basics of blowing bubbles and ﬂoating, to recreational swimming for fitness. Classes are 45 minutes long, and have a maximum of 3 adults per instructor.
MAC FitThese classes are geared toward those looking for low impact or supplemental fitness classes. Programs are centered on low impact fitness activities.
MastersThe SwimMAC Masters & Adult Fitness program welcomes people of any ability level. We have four basic categories of Masters swimmers: Adult-Learn-to Swim Program (ALTS) participants, Competitive Swimmers (Open Water & Swim Meets), Triathlon Swimmers, and Fitness Swimmers.
